Refund & Cancellation Policy
Payment Terms
● Full payment is due at the time of booking.
● A completed and approved prison visitation application form must be submitted prior to transportation services.
● Transportation services are scheduled only after payment and required documentation are received.
No Refund Policy
All payments made to Hop & Skip Transportation are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
● Denied or canceled visits
● Facility lockdowns or schedule changes
● Client no-shows or late arrivals
● Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
● Weather, traffic, or facility-related delays
Payment is for transportation services only and does not guarantee visitation approval or entry into any correctional facility.
Cancellation Policy
Client-initiated cancellations for any reason do not qualify for refunds or credits. Hop & Skip reserves the right to cancel or modify transportation due to safety concerns or unforeseen circumstances, with liability limited to transportation fees paid.
By submitting payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms, disclaimers, and policies.
